The Museum is housed in the white large building close to the ocean at the Laugarnes Peninsula, Reykjavík. Lines 5 and 12 are the bus lines closest to the museum. Also, it is an easy walk - less than 30 minutes - on the path along the coast from the center of Reykjavík to the Museum.
